All managers, and supervisors receive comprehensive training in the qualities of cleaning supervision to manage the sites they are assigned. All cleaning operatives receive in-house and on-site training in all areas needed to carry out their given duties. All Health and Safety issues and company policies are covered in their initial induction.
Does your staff carry the responsibility of locking doors, and Unarming/Arming the alarm(s)?
Yes, this is a regular service we offer all our clients large or small, this can be beneficial as a client, as we will carry out our service outside normal working hours and thus not disrupt your staff.
Is your company bonded and insured?
Yes, our company is fully bonded and insured.
How does your company run?
We are fully trained and certified. We commit to a high code of ethics, All work is carried out by highly trained individuals. We're fully licensed and insured.
What are your prices?
We do not have a general fixed hourly rate which is chargeable to commercial customers. All jobs are priced according to task, whether it is a domestic service, commercial service, builders clean or a one off clean. Variations such as equipment and materials used are also taken into account when calculating the final cost.
How does the payment process work?
Clients are invoiced at the end of each calendar month and are given a standard 30 day's from invoice date payment term.
Do we have to sign a contract if we agree to use your service(s)?
Yes, we do require you to sign a yearly contract to go ahead and continue with our services,
if our services do not satisfy your company's needs, you may terminate the contract only within the first month after signing the contract.
What are your cleaning frequencies?
We offer contracted cleanings as frequent as: Daily/Nightly, Weekly, Biweekly, and Monthly.
When do your cleaners come to perform the cleaning?
Most customers prefer for our cleaners to start after the office work day is over, and when the building is not occupied, we also build our contracts around your company's needs.
Does your company provide any other services?
Yes. We can provide related services like carpet steam cleaning, and stripping and sealing of hard floors.
What is your process for carpet cleaning?
We use only the latest and most powerful equipment to ensure the cleanest carpets. Our company has invested in the proper equipment and tools to perform a first class job!
How do you deal with stain removal?
We have specialized spotters that are great for removing mostly all stains, of course there may be a few difficult cases where the dye is missing or the carpet has been permanently damaged.
What do you do if the carpet gets too wet?
Our process is geared to use as little moisture as possible, to ensure fast drying times.
How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
It depends on the humidity that day, but normally 3-4 hours and it will always be dry by the next morning.
What do you do when "reoccurring spots" on a carpet happen?
We come back and recheck on a spot, should one show up after cleaning.
Is all your staff properly trained and looked over?
Yes, we only select and hire the best candidates for our company, all of our housekeepers are professional trained and run through and extensive background check.
Does your staff carry the responsibility of locking doors, and Unarming/Arming the alarm(s)?
Yes, if a client has an alarm system installed in their home and are not at their home during the arrival of the housekeepers, they may let us know how to arms/unarm the security system, this can be beneficial as a client, if you are not available to be at your home during the cleaning.
Is your company bonded and insured?
Yes, our company is fully bonded and insured.
What are your prices?
All housekeeping prices very on the type of home and lifestyle of every customer, some bachelors, some with kids & pets, other small items like collectibles or knick-knacks highly affect the rate of which the cleaners will be able to clean everything in detail, unless the client specifies otherwise, but the main factor that determines the price is the square footage of your home.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Master card (which includes a 13% tax), most customers prefer to pay by cash (no 13% tax), which is more convenient for both parties.
Do we have to sign a contract if we agree to use your service(s)?
No, we do not require you to sign any contracts for housekeeping, all we ask is to keep us updated on dates that you are available to have a cleaning performed on your home, if you are a frequent client.
What are your cleaning frequencies?
We offer cleaning as frequent as: Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, and Monthly.
When do your cleaners come to perform the cleaning?
Our cleaners usually arrive in the mornings anywhere from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, usually clients prefer the early arrival for an earlier completion.
How many housekeepers do you usually send out at a time?
Usually only one(1) cleaner is needed to fulfill the cleaning job, unless the client specifies otherwise, or if we have any extra available cleaners at hand.
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
Our company may provide you with the cleaning supplies, including all of the solvent/chemicals, vacuums, brooms, mops, etc. needed to complete the cleaning job (for an extra $10 charge to your total cleaning price), unless the client would like to supply their own supplies.
Does your company provide any other services?
Yes, We can provide extra services such as, deep house cleaning, inside of ovens and refrigerators, basements, etc.
