The Regular housekeeping service is a usual thorough house clean, the housekeeper would clean every spot that they can within the time margin given, usually if it takes you a long time to clean your home yourself, our professional housekeepers have developed time-saving cleaning techniques to clean your home faster and in more depth!

Ordering a Regular cleaning means that you have booked an appointment for the best time that you are available for the housekeeper to come in to clean your home, usually 1 housekeeper is sent to your home for the cleaning.

We provide professional cleaning service to satisfy your need for daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning needs.

Bedrooms:

• Dust and Clean with a damp cloth Windowsills and ledges.

• Furniture dusted (horizontal edges, items removed and replaced).

• Remove smudge marks from all doors and walls.

• Fingerprints washed from all woodwork.

• Clean headboards, night tables and any other furniture.

• Dust pictures and other knickknacks.

• Molding and corners dusted.

• Vacuum carpet(s).

• Sweep, mop all hardwood floors.

• Garbage emptied.

• Overall appearance of room left neat and tidy.

Bathrooms:

• Clean glass mirrors, shower doors, tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining.

• Clean and sanitize the tub, toilet, sinks, and vanity.

• Wash all woodwork, cabinets, door frames, and switch plates.

• Remove smudge marks from all doors and walls.

• Clean light fixtures.

• Sweep and mop all floors.

• Remove trash and replace bags.

• Overall appearance of room left neat and tidy.

Kitchen:

• Clean the backs plash.

• Clean and organize the kitchen table(s).

• Clean the exterior of any small appliances (microwave, toaster, etc).

• Clean the outside of major appliances (fridge, stove, etc).

• Clean and sanitize counter tops and the exterior of all cabinets.

• Clean the exterior of stove.

• Remove smudge marks from all doors and walls.

• Clean ceiling fans (if any) and all baseboards.

• Clean windowsills.

• Sweep and mop all floors including hardwood.

• Remove trash and replace bags.

• Overall appearance of room left neat and tidy.

Dining & Living Rooms:

• Clean all baseboards.

• Wash all woodwork, cabinets, door frames, and switch plates.

• Dust and clean with a damp cloth window sills and ledges.

• Clean glass mirrors.

• Dust T.V. set.

• Remove smudge marks from all doors and walls.

• Dust all picture frames.

• Lamps, lights and knickknacks.

• Molding and corners dusted and wiped.

• Sweep, mop all hardwood floors and vacuum carpet.

• If we are able to move furniture we will vacuum underneath.

• Remove trash and replace bags.

• Overall appearance of room left neat and tidy.

Hallways & Common Areas:

• All baseboards dusted/wiped down.

• Windowsills wiped and cleaned.

• Remove smudge marks from all doors and walls.

• Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, door frames, and switch plates.

• Furniture dusted (horizontal edges, items removed and replaced)

• Molding and corners dusted.

• Floor vacuumed and washed.

• Remove trash and replace bags.

• Overall appearance of room left neat and tidy.

Special Request:

• Clean walls.

• Clean inside of oven (must be sprayed in advance).

• Clean the exterior of windows (only if safely accessible).

• Clean inside of the refrigerators.

• Clean the inside of closets.

• Clean the inside of cabinets.

• Clean Basements.
